Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using TapReplay, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use TapReplay on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse engineering, copying, reselling or attempting to bypass technical limitations.

You are responsible for how you record. Always respect the privacy of others and follow the laws and consent rules that apply where you are when capturing video or audio.

4. Your content

Any clips you record are yours. They are stored locally on your device and we have no access to them.

You are solely responsible for your recordings and for ensuring you have the right to capture and share them.

5. Intellectual property

The TapReplay app, its name, logo and design are owned by Henrique Boniatti Medeiros and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our branding.

6. Disclaimers

TapReplay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will capture every moment exactly as expected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henrique Boniatti Medeiros is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any lost recordings, arising from your use of the app.

8. App store terms

TapReplay is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its content. Your use is also subject to the applicable terms of the store you downloaded the app from.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
